Shipping & Returns

How Our Shipping Works...

During checkout, shipping options will appear with appropriate prices for each garment. At this point, we do not do shipping discounts on multiple items because we do not have any handling fees. We will email you with the option to have items shipped out as they're ready (so potentially multiple packages) or shipped all at once (one package but the possibility of a longer wait time). We use Canada Post for all shipping. There is an option for pick-up as well. This is something that we ask you to email us about before selecting (unless we know you personally, in which case, just select it).

How Our Returns Work...

Due to the nature of our product, Absynthetika does not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Should there be a problem with the craftsmanship of an item, Absynthetika will make any repairs necessary free of charge within 30 days. An email must be sent to us at shop@absynthetika.com within 7 days of receipt of item for this to be possible. Please be aware that craftsmanship refers to a problem with the quality of our work, NOT sizing. You are responsible for sending us the correct measurements. We will do our best to assist you in obtaining these measurements (links to instructionals on taking body measurements are on the website, and we will send you emails inquiring as to any unusual numbers that we see), however it is ultimately up to you to send us the correct information.

Off the rack items may be exchanged within 30 days as well (provided there is an email sent to us at shop@absynthetika.com within 7 days of receipt). If the problem is with craftsmanship, Absynthetika will cover all postage costs. If there is a sizing issue, we will exchange for another size, however the postage will be your responsibility (as we get our sizing information from you).

Refunds will only be provided if an item was misrepresented by Absynthetika and a replacement cannot be found. We're honest folk, so this is unlikely to happen.

Ultimately, if something needs to be exchanged and Absynthetika is at fault, we won't charge you extra money or postage for said exchange. If it is an issue of sizing or buyers remorse, this is not our fault, and so we're not going to pay for the postage (or exchange if it's a custom order).
